Payments
The NUEAME store accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Klarna. The total amount will be charged to your card at the time of order fulfillment. If the order is canceled, the refund will be credited to the card used for the transaction.
- PayPal: Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To sign up for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay..
In the NUEAME online boutique, each purchase is processed with the utmost security using Trustwave and GeoTrust certified secure servers and the latest encryption services (SSL). We use only secure connections, as indicated by the “https” URL prefix and the padlock symbol in the browser address bar. To protect your purchases with a credit card, you will always be asked to enter the CVV code for each order to verify the card’s validity and the availability of funds. However, the amount will not be charged until the order is fulfilled, at which point you will receive a notification email. Our payment department may conduct fraud checks and may contact you for additional details before confirming the order. NUEAME will never have access to your personal financial information and will not collect or store your credit card details.
Pre-orders
You can pre-order an out-of-stock item, and the pre-order option will appear on the product page if available for that item. A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet available for shipping but will be soon.
An estimated shipping date is indicated for each pre-order item on the product page. Please note that since these dates are estimates, they may sometimes change. Mixed orders, consisting of currently available items and pre-order items, will be shipped in two separate batches. Orders with pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates will be shipped together on the nearest delivery date. In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

Promotional codes
We occasionally issue promotional codes for our subscribers.
If you wish to receive them, sign up for our newsletter to gain exclusive access to content, offers, and services dedicated to our community:

Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount. Only one promotional code may be used per order. If the code does not work, please check the promotion dates, products, and category it applies to, or contact our customer service.
Taxes & duties
We ship from Italy; therefore, for all countries within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties will be applied, as they are already included in the product price, with no extra costs due to local authorities.
If the destination country is outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. You will be responsible for these costs if required by local authorities. We cannot provide exact information regarding the amounts; we suggest contacting the relevant authorities for further clarification.
